General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of our online shop and the ordering of our products. Please read these GTC carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these GTC.

1.      Contractual Partner
The contract is concluded between you as the customer/company.

2.      Offer and Conclusion of Contract
2.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order.
2.2. By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via email.

3.      Prices and Shipping Costs
3.1. The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
3.2. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. Shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

4.      Delivery Conditions
4.1. Delivery is made worldwide.
4.2. Delivery time is usually up to 3 weeks. For more details, please refer to our Delivery Policy section.

5.      Payment Conditions
5.1. Payment can be made in advance, by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods offered in the shop.
5.2. If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment is received.

6.      Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7.      Right of Withdrawal
7.1. The worldwide standard periods and rules for withdrawal apply.
7.2. Any request for withdrawal must be made in writing and sent to us by email. We will carefully review each request and decide according to the circumstances and at our discretion.

8.      Right to Exchange

8.1 Generally, there is no right to exchange our products. Since our items are custom printed for each customer, an exchange is usually not possible.

8.2 Procedure for Exchange or Return

Any request for exchange or return must be submitted in writing via email to [Email Address]. Each case will be carefully reviewed and decided at the discretion of the company and according to the specific circumstances.
8.3 If you receive a damaged product or a misprint, please report it in writing via email to [Email Address] within 14 days of receiving the goods.
In your email, please provide the following information:

- Your order number

- A detailed description of the problem

- Photos of the damage or misprint

8.4. Claims received after the 14-day period will not be considered, and the right to return or exchange will expire.

This policy helps us ensure a fair and clear process for returns and exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

9.      Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.

10.     Liability
10.1. As an online platform, we refine the goods with our designs. Responsibility for the products themselves and any damages lies with the customer and their insurance.
10.2. In case of issues such as damaged goods upon arrival or misprints, please contact us. We will inform the supplier and review the case.

11.    Final Provisions
11.1. The applicable law is that of the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.
11.2. Should any provisions of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective. In place of the invalid provisions, the statutory provisions apply where available.
